With more than 30 years of experience Mr. deRegt’s career has focused on strategic real estate investment and capitalization, single-family land and home development, and in-fill, medium-to-high density mixed-use and multi-family developments.
Perry has almost 20 years of experience in large-scale commercial and residential real estate acquisition, financing, development, entitlement, distressed loan workouts, and operation and management.
Kelly Mozumder has over a decade of experience working in the development & construction industry. She gained her start in San Diego working for Northern California based developer on a large scale high rise condominium project, the ICON Building, in the heart of the Gaslamp District.
Shelly Gable is Chief Accounting Officer of deRegt Investment Holdings, LLC and deRegt Development Inc. Ms. Gable has been involved exclusively in real estate accounting, auditing, budget analysis and reporting for over 25 years.
